After the numbers are approved, closing is scheduled with one of our dedicated agents. Our escrow officers ensure that the transfer of funds and documents is secure and transparent. As a neutral third party, we hold all funds and documents until both buyer and seller have met all sale conditions, providing a trustworthy process. We ensure that at closing, both buyer and seller sign all necessary final documents, including the deed, mortgage, and loan documents as well as ensure all financial obligations are met. Our service is expanded to include ensuring that we provide title insurance which is insurance policy that protects you, the homeowner from financial loss and legal expenses caused by undisclosed title defects or liens that existed before the policy was issued. Our escrow and closing process is complete when we deliver to you, the new homeowner, the keys to your new home.
