As a neutral third party, we hold all funds and documents until both buyer and seller have met all sale conditions, providing a trustworthy process. Post-Closing Services

After the closing paperwork is signed and notarized, we initiate the post-closing process by checking all documents for proper signatures and notarization. These documents are then submitted for funding and recording. Once your loan is funded and your documents are officially recorded with the county, ownership of the home is complete, and we will formally issue your title insurance policy. Post-closing activities also include coordination with local authorities to finalize ownership transfer and provide you with copies of important records. Our ongoing support helps you handle any post-closing matters, ensuring a smooth transition into your new property.
